In the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, excellent batters pounced on the ball and launched it into the night sky, delighting the audience and the team.

Despite the season's high level of competition, several cricketers played their natural game, striking the balls and scoring runs at a rapid pace.

Nicholas Pooran (SRH)- 108 meters

Nicholas Pooran, the newly appointed West Indies white-ball captain, had a poor 2021 season, scoring only 85 runs at an average of 7.72.

His achievements in the international series versus England, on the other hand, helped him secure a contract with SRH for the 2022 season.

Pooran scored balls in Match 50 of the season between Sunrisers and Capitals, including two fours and 60 of 32 six sixes.

One of his sixes came on a full-toss delivery from Anrich Nortje that travelled 108 metres to the deep mid-wicket region.
