KL Rahul all set to miss the scheduled test in Birmingham
It’s the fifth test match against England at which KL Rahul will not be the part of team. All the test players had boarded the flight on midnight of Wednesday leaving the opener since he is not traveling with the team and now he is going to appear for the fitness test at the weekend.

BCCI had announced that there are less chances of recovering with the stipulated time. It was decided by the selectors as well as the skipper Rohit Sharma that Shubhman Gill would be the opener in the test series from 1st to 5th of July in replacement of KL Rahul. It was a 17 member squad for the tour but only 16 went excluding the injured.
