The reason for the FIR has been discovered to be a case of check bounce. According to sources, the case was filed at CMJ's court on Monday by a firm called SK Enterprises.
They claimed that a cheque for INR 30 lakh from 'New Global Produce India Limited' was returned as unpaid.
The 40-year-old Dhoni had antecedently promoted the corporate and was thus named within the FIR. Following the hearing on Monday, the case has been bimanually handed over to Judicial official Ajay Kumar Mishra and also the next hearing is going to be on June twenty-eight.

SK Enterprises delivered AN order for fertilizers however a majority of the merchandise went unsold. To compensate, the corporation took back the remaining fertilizer and NGPIL gave the cheque value office thirty hundred thousand.
The check was then placed in the bank, but it bounced, prompting the service of a legal notice. SK Enterprises filed an FIR against Dhoni and seven others after receiving no answer.
