Test Cricket: Ex England Cricketer feels disadvantage for team India
Test Cricket: England will be facing India in the rescheduled test starting from 1st of July after the test match against New Zealand. Former off spinner Graeme Swann believes that it would make the hosts slight favorites going in to the rescheduled fifth test starting in Birmingham on Friday - For more updates keep following 99Runs
Since England completed a 3-0 whitewash series against New Zealand, Swann said “England are in a great form since they whitewashed New Zealand easily and it could be expected that the players are more motivated and confidant enough to chase down the opponents.”

He also added “The fact that India had just one warm up match in England and along with it they are coming in cold for the test match which would be a disadvantage for the team, but on the other hand England has three more test matches which would cheer them up”.
The fifth test of the series is being played because of the last year’s incomplete series which was interrupted due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the Indian camp.
